CWDC Projects and Programs

The CWDC Projects and Programs Include:

 

  • CREATIVE ADVENTURES IN ART AND PLAY (CAAP) Artist facilitators will gently guide children’s creative playtime as they create their own masterpieces out of recyclable and natural materials. (read more)
     
  • A 33-acre NATURE PRESERVE with interpretive pathways on the banks of the East Branch of the Delaware River (under development)
     
  • An EXHIBIT HALL relating the story of the New York City Water Supply System and its protection of the working watershed in the Catskill Mountains. Other temporary exhibits
     
  • SPEAKERS SERIES for public engagement about issues of watersheds and community
     
  • CAMP H20, a program for school groups about the issues related to living in a watershed
